Installing the bed legs: The two longer legs are the bed legs. First, remove the screws from the bed legs, clip the bed legs onto the bed board, and then retighten the screws. All nuts used in this product are lock nuts; do not tighten them excessively. The two shorter legs are the crossbeams. Attach them to the already installed bed legs. Gently wiggle the bed legs; if they are secure, they are done.

1. Installing the bed legs: The two longer legs are the bed legs. First, remove the screws from the bed legs, clip the bed legs onto the bed board, and then retighten the screws. 2. Installing the casters: The casters of this product are threaded. The four casters are not categorized by position; simply install them into the four screw holes.

3. Install the commode hole: The commode hole consists of three parts: the bed surface commode hole structure, the commode bowl holder, and the commode hole handle. The commode bowl holder is connected to the bed surface using a lever mechanism, and the commode hole is opened and closed by controlling the ball handle.

4. Install the headboard and footboard: The headboard is higher, and the footboard is lower, using a hanging installation method. Align the headboard hooks with the metal pins on the bed frame and fasten the latches.

5. Install the guardrail: Align the holes in the guardrail frame with the drilled holes in the bed frame and secure them with screws. The guardrail switch should face the headboard side.

6. Test the controller: The motor and push rod are pre-installed at the factory. After connecting the power, test the controller. For detailed instructions, please refer to "Product Function Introduction".

7. Lay out the mattress; if the product comes with a dedicated mattress, align the back frame, footrest, and commode hole positions according to the bed surface design.

Installation steps are as follows:

① First, use the product's included anti-loosening screws to connect and secure the toilet hole to the bed frame;

② Second, install the ball handle;

③ Third, install the spring buffer device and secure the handle to the bed leg;

④ Next, insert the cotter pin and connect the ball handle and the transfer rod.

⑤ Finally, with the bed surface facing upwards, move the handle left and right to observe whether the toilet hole fully opens and returns to its original position.

Note: If the toilet hole does not close completely, remove the cotter pin, rotate the toilet hole transfer rod, and readjust the toilet hole position.
